Dennis Barsema, Chairman

Mr. Barsema is Chairman of Blue Lane Technologies. He was previously the CEO and Chairman of Onetta, Inc., and led the company through the early stages of development and growth. Onetta was recently acquired by Bookham Technologies of London, England. Before joining Onetta, Mr. Barsema was the president and CEO of Redback Networks, where he led the company through rapid growth and one of the most successful IPO's in Wall Street history.

Mr. Barsema has more than twenty years of executive experience in telecommunications, software, and optical networking. Prior to joining Redback in 1997, he held senior executive positions at Centigram Corporation (acquired by ADC), Softswitch (acquired by Lotus Development Corporation), Primary Access (acquired by 3Com), and Paradyne Corporation (acquired by Zhone).

Mr. Barsema serves on the board of directors of several venture capital funded, Silicon Valley based companies, including Blue Lane Technologies and Stoke. He also serves as a director on several non-profit boards including Northern Illinois University Foundation, and Carpenters Place of Rockford, Illinois. He is also an advisor to the non-profit micro-finance organization, Opportunity International, as well as the Schools of Business at Northern Illinois University and Santa Clara University.

Mr. Barsema earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Northern Illinois University.

Jeff Palmer, President and CEO

Mr. Palmer is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Lane Technologies. Previously, Jeff served as President of GetThere, the leading online corporate travel procurement solution, based in Menlo Park, CA. While at the company, GetThere grew to become the largest factor in the corporate online travel market, holding 70% market share among the top 100 US corporations, #1 share in the overall market with more than 3000 customers worldwide, and transaction volumes exceeding one million per month. GetThere went public on the NASDAQ in 1999 and was acquired by Sabre Holdings (NYSE: TSG) for $750 million in 2000.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Palmer served in a variety of general management and marketing officer roles at Tristrata Security, Memco Software, Pilot Software and BBN, establishing experience in enterprise networking, security, and applications software.

Mr. Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Andy Rachleff, Benchmark Capital

Mr. Rachleff focuses on investments in the networking and communications areas. Prior to Benchmark, he spent ten years as a general partner with Merrill, Pickard, Anderson & Eyre (MPAE). Before joining MPAE, he held a variety of positions in the financial services area, including working as an associate at Harvest Ventures; as a portfolio manager at Lamoreaux, Glynn & Associates; and as a financial analyst at Blyth Eastman Paine Webber.

Mr. Rachleff holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bob Lisbonne, Matrix Partners

Mr. Lisbonne joined Matrix Partners as a General Partner in the Silicon Valley office in June 2001. Before Matrix, he was a general partner with Crosspoint Venture Partners. Prior to Crosspoint, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Browser Products at Netscape. Before that he was Vice President of Marketing at Collabra Software, which was acquired in 1995 by Netscape. Previously, he was Director of Integrated Products at Claris and a co-founder of Pacific Coast Software. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker specializing in high technology companies at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Lisbonne attended Stanford University, where he earned MBA, MA, and BA degrees and did graduate studies in Computer Science.

John J. Cadeddu, Duff Ackerman & Goodrich

Prior to joining Duff Ackerman & Goodrich (DAG) in 1999, John was a Managing Director at Amsterdam Pacific, an investment bank specializing in media and telecommunications. While at Amsterdam Pacific Corporation, John worked with BBU Mezzanine Fund I and BBU Mezzanine Fund II, where he sourced, supported and exited mezzanine investments across a number of industries. Previously, John worked at Octel Communications (now Lucent Technologies) and Tandem Computers (now H-P) in Marketing and Strategic Planning roles. He also worked at JP Morgan in both capital markets and corporate finance. John received a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

John led DAG's investments into Tropos Networks, Qlusters, Inc, Centrata, Kovio Inc., Agami, Picarro, Trapeze Networks, Topspin Communications, Entrisphere and RMI. He serves on the board at Qlusters, Trapeze Networks, Picarro and Entrisphere, and served on netVmg's board prior to its acquisition by InterNAP Network Services and Pedestal Networks' board prior to its acquisition by UT Starcom.

Sandeep Johri, HP

Mr. Johri is currently Vice President of strategy and planning in the software business unit of HP. Prior to that he was EIR at Mayfield Venture Capital, where his primary focus was evaluating deals in information security space. Prior to that, he was founder and CEO of Oblix Inc., a Cupertino, Calif.-based Company that provides enterprise security infrastructure software. Prior to Oblix, he worked with Silicon Graphics as staff to Ed McCracken, where he assisted McCracken in his responsibilities as co-chair of the United States Advisory Council on the National Information Infrastructure (NII). Prior to SGI, he was a principal with Gemini Consulting, an international management consulting company.

Mr. Johri hold an MBA from Stanford University, a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune India.
